Share conversion is based on the initial investment amount converted into shares with the value per share (share par value) decided by the company and recorded in the shares. The par value of the shares may differ from the offering price of the shares.
When investors buy the Business Investment package, they will be given priority to convert EcoBambu shares after the contract ends, specifically as follows:
According to the notice No. 07/2022/TB-ECOBAMBU dated 15/07/2022 stipulating:
The maximum rate of conversion contract value is 25% of the price at the time of signing the business investment package contract.
The maximum conversion rate of contract value is 75% of the price at the end of the business investment package
Specific examples:
Investors bought a Business Investment package worth VND 500,000,000 on July 16, 2022 for a period of 5 years, after 5 years.
Share price of EcoBambu:
July 16, 2022: 10,000 VND/share
July 16, 2027: VND 50,000/share
On July 16, 2027, investors who terminate the Business Investment package contract and want to convert the value of the Business Investment package contract into shares will be given priority as follows:
125,000 VND converted at the price of 10,000 VND/share
375,000,000 VND converted at the price of 50,000 VND/share
